For existing buildings/tenant spaces we provide an architectural/engineering existing conditions survey.

 

For new concepts we work closely with the Client to develop the building look and function to meet the Client’s expectations. For new construction of an existing lease space, we work with the Clients prototype design and modify the design  as required for the existing conditions.

 

Construction Administration services depend on the needs of the Client. We work closely with the Client or the Client’s Construction Project Manager and efficiently respond to Contractor RFI’s. Other Construction Administration services such as regular or requested site visits, review of shop drawings and other submittals are tailored to the needs of the Client.
